5 Day Ramp Up: Day 1

Before you Start:

  • Gather supplies/materials
  • Print
  • Organize

Day 1:

  • Explain how Daily Plan schedule works
  • Build Quiet Time Activity Bank (at least 3 Activities)
  • Build Transition Activities Bank (at least 3 Activities)
  • Decide on Free Time Rules – add at least 1, no more than 3.

Day 2:

  • Build Enrichment Activity Bank (at least 3 Activities)
  • Decide what will be included in Morning and Bedtime Checklists

Day 3:

  • Build Life Skills Activity Bank (at least 3 Activities)
  • Decide what will be included in Clean Up Checklist and how Clean Up time will work

Day 4:

  • Build Family Time Activity Bank (at least 3 Activities)
  • Review Best/Worst/MFC Review Framework
  • Plan Family Date for Friday

Day 5:

  • Build Core Skills Activity Bank (at least 3 Activities)
  • Review Goal Setting or Daily Plan Review process
  • Family Date Night!
